Meeting called to order at 7:00pm
Old business:
Treasury report
Membership at 76 paid members.
Secretary was absent last meeting and Eric Carter reviewed the discussions held at last meeting.

New Business:
-Bill Dunswoth is planning to rejuvenate bicycle portion of the games.
He is negotiating with Palm Coast to use the park, but needs us to run the race and get the word out to get participants to come.  Everyone 50 and over.  November 1st would be the date. Bike club members, Tom Hury and Ron Adams are looking at alternate courses in Ormond. Club would like to have younger members [Eric Middlebrook] to run the games so that the others can participate. Can the course be longer than 20K?- That would be okay, it seems that it has to be at least 20K to follow the rules.

Officers to meet at Mark’s house to train on new website. Thursday June 25th.6pm
Bill P, Bob P, Eric, Keith, Minna, Mark, John & Ron. Web site contributors will be solicited after site is up and running.

Eric talked about sports drinks versus coconut water and handed out materials.

Away rides June 9am Enterprise ride(please note change to June 21st subsequent to meeting) We will start ride from Bill Pouzar’s house and end there for food and swimming.  This will be our summer party. (Secretary’s note: we missed having a Christmas social, so it would be nice for all to plan to attend this one) Directions to follow in another e-mail.
July 12th-ride Mt. Dora Yahala Bakery  9am Gilbert Park in Mt Dora. Roads are beautiful and hilly and the Bakery is wunderbar.
Auction of club jerseys etc. was held.
No July meeting due to Fourth of July holiday.
Next meeting is August 6 th at Houligan’s. 6pm dinner  7 pm meeting. We will ask Jake to talk.
