Who are these riders and how did they make it out of the county?
What were they doing ?
Did they have fun?
Answers, in reverse order, to your questions:
1. Fun, yes – now that it’s almost 3 weeks behind me.
2. Riding the Six Gap Century, out of Dahlonega, Georgia and heading up and down: Neil’s Gap, Jack’s Gap (evil climb), Unicoi Gap (fun descent), Hogpen Gap (strength-building descent), Wolfpen Gap (ready for a break and sorry to see the ambulance), and Woody’s Gap (is that all?). Finish line: why do you have to stop on an incline to remove the transponder?
3. Riders would be Mark & Anne (Dubois) Betourne. Making it out of the county? I think making it out of the state is generally a better idea.
