This should be fun for all. I want reports and comments after you have completed this one… CUontheroad, RonRemove all old bar tape. To tape handlebars on a road bike, peel back the hood cover and expose the clamp to begin applying the adhesive backed tape. Use the small piece of tape & cover the brake clamp.
